CALCULATING DELIVERY CHARGES

• By simply placing your item(s) in your shopping cart and clicking 'Check Out', then filling out your Delivery Information only and clicking on 'Continue', you will see your exact delivery charge before your order is placed. At this point you still have the option to either continue to place your order or cancel it.
  
• Delivery charges are calculated according to distance from Dublin city centre.

DELIVERY TIMES

• To avoid disappointment we quote a 4 - 6 week delivery time on each product. In reality we will endeavor to reduce this delivery time on an on-going basis.

• Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and Delivery information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. This means that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. Credit card numbers are encrypted and forwarded to a third party authorization company.
• No one has access to your credit card information and it is kept secure at all times.
  
• For your security, your credit card information is solely used for authorization purposes. We will not keep a record of your credit card number in our systems for longer than 30 days.
  Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.
